CF Teens & Kids

Classes designed to do what's best for young athletes of all levels.  Offered throughout the week as your child's primary training or accessory to help strengthen their sport. 


Led by Professional Youth Coach (TBXM) Paul whose aim is to develop your child's physical literacy through meticulous, purposeful training made fun!
